The story began with a small group of passionate individuals who dreamed of creating pet food that would truly meet the needs of pets. We engage in contract farming of grains, legumes, and oilseeds — essential components of our feed — in cooperation with trusted suppliers. From sowing to harvesting, we carefully monitor every stage of crop cultivation. To maintain the highest quality standards, our facilities are equipped with machinery from leading European manufacturers.
Grain cleaning on Petkus equipment forms the foundation of our quality chain. During this process, every batch undergoes thorough and gentle removal of coarse and fine impurities, foreign materials, as well as shriveled or broken grains. Clean ingredients mean added safety for your pet.
One of the most advanced techniques we apply to enhance ingredient separation is fractionation with a Bühler photoelectric sorter used at the final stage of seed processing. This high-precision technology allows us to separate underdeveloped or low-quality seeds based on color. Every ingredient undergoes laboratory testing to assess its purity, moisture content, presence of pests, chemical composition, and nutritional value.
We store grains directly at our production site and mix them in optimal proportions to meet your pet’s needs. Storage and raw material treatment using fumigants eliminate the risk of infestations. Each production stage complies with HACCP food safety standards, ensuring consistent quality without the use of preservatives.
